These terms are a contract between you and HOLONA Inc., a Delaware C-corporation ("HOLONA", "we"). They govern your use of holona.io and the HOLONA service. By creating an account, applying for beta access, or using the service, you accept them. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
HOLONA is a control layer for Amazon sellers. It orchestrates AI agents — ads, inventory, listing, pricing, and reviews — into one traceable decision system. The service produces recommendations, records the reasoning behind them, and, where you have authorized it, executes them against your Amazon account.
The service is in closed beta, opening Q3 2026. Until then, the site offers a beta application form only. Beta access is granted by invitation and may be modified or paused at our discretion.
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and using the service for business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account — including actions taken by automation policies you configure. Tell us promptly at contact@holona.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
During the closed beta, the service is provided as-is for evaluation. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We may grant, modify, or pause beta access at any time. In return: beta pricing is locked for the life of your subscription, and we will give 90 days' written notice before any price increase.
When the beta opens, the service is sold as monthly or annual subscriptions. Annual plans include 2 months free.

Trials give full access to the tier. We do not charge at the end of a trial without your confirmation. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access until then. Within 30 days of first payment, we offer a full money-back refund — email contact@holona.io. After 30 days, no refunds are issued on cancellation or downgrade.
Your data is yours. Your Amazon account is yours. HOLONA accesses them only through the OAuth scopes you explicitly grant, and you can revoke those scopes at any time — revocation immediately stops our access. We do not claim ownership of your sales data, listings, advertising history, or any content you provide. Section 12 covers export and deletion.
This section matters more than the others. Read it carefully.
Every recommendation HOLONA produces carries a risk tier from R0 (lowest) to R5 (highest) and a confidence score. You set an automation cap from L0 (nothing executes automatically) to L4. Within your cap, R0–R2 recommendations may auto-execute. R3–R4 recommendations always pause for your review. R5 recommendations are never auto-executed — they are advisory only, regardless of your cap.
Confidence scores and projections are estimates derived from your data and market signals. They are not guarantees. A 92% confidence score means the model's assessment, not a promise of outcome. Markets move, competitors act, and Amazon changes its systems without notice.
You — or the automation policy you pre-set — are the decision-maker of record for every action taken on your account. HOLONA does not guarantee marketplace outcomes, including sales, ACoS, or rankings. If a recommendation conflicts with your own judgment of your business, trust your judgment.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
HOLONA retains all rights to the software, including its models, interfaces, and documentation. You retain all rights to your data. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service without obligation or attribution.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will produce any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOLONA's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or marketplace penalties — even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, the limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
Stated plainly: if the service fails you, the most you can recover from us is what you paid us in the prior year.
You may terminate by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical. On termination:
Sections that by their nature survive termination — including 8, 10, 11, and 13 — survive it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, write to contact@holona.io — most disagreements resolve faster by email than in court.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice — and any price increase carries the 90-day notice in section 4. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions go to contact@holona.io; we read every message.
