The site and its original design, copy, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product feedback may be used to improve the prototype, but no confidential information should be submitted through the paused application form.
Decision traces, metrics, risk labels, workflows, comparison tables, and examples are illustrative design fixtures unless explicitly identified as measured results. They are not customer outcomes or guarantees.
Prices, discounts, trials, refunds, feature limits, and launch dates shown on the site are planning assumptions only. They are not an offer, subscription agreement, or promise to sell on those terms. HOLONA does not currently take payment through this website.
Before any paid service, account creation, Amazon authorization, or live beta access begins, HOLONA will publish binding terms that identify the contracting entity and cover eligibility, data rights, security, billing, cancellation, liability, governing law, and dispute handling. Those future terms will require affirmative acceptance and will replace this pre-commercial notice for the service they govern.
